Paypopup will pay you $1.40 for each 1,000 pops shown (counted raw). They pay for pops that you show to visitors of almost every country, as opposed to Popuptraffic.
Pop Up Programs
Casalemedia is a new premium Popunder vendor that pays out 70% of their earnings. They should be the first Popunder program you should apply for.
Paypopup pays $1.40 per 1,000 raw popups, meaning you can earn more than once per visitor. They also pay for visitors from more countries then Standard Internet does. Worth a look.
Popuptraffic [review/sample] - accepts all affiliates from their list of legal countries, and pays $2.00 CPM (per thousand) for pop-unders, $3.00 CPM for pop-up windows, and $3.00 CPM for exit pops. You are permitted to combine all three programs for a total of $8.00 per 1,000 visitors.

Cafepress is a great option for certain websites who have a strong brand and loyal visitors. You can sell merchandise with your artwork/logo on it and earn money at the same time, all at no cost to you.
